All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our San Antonio warehouse.
Shipping Options
We offer two convenient shipping methods:
Standard Shipping:
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery timeframe: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Flat rate fee: $12.95
Free Shipping:
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery timeframe: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Available for orders over $50
Note: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location. Some remote Asian regions may not be serviceable.
International Shipping
We ship globally (excluding some remote Asian regions). International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our Albany and Jardin collections, boucle sofas, curved sectionals, and weather-resistant dining sets. If you’re not satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns process.
Key Return Information
- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Return Shipping: Customer responsibility (original shipping fees are non-refundable)
- Refund Processing: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Exchange Shipping: We cover standard shipping costs for exchanges
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In its original condition (unused, undamaged, with all tags attached)
- In the original packaging (including all protective materials)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Christmas trees (from our seasonal collection) unless they arrive damaged
- Custom or special order items including made-to-order bed frames
- Custom-sized dining tables
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange

Step 2: Receive Authorization & Instructions
Within 1-2 business days, our San Antonio-based customer service team will email you:
- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Detailed return instructions
- Return shipping address (our warehouse in Texas)
- For exchanges: confirmation of replacement item availability
Step 3: Package & Ship Your Return
- Carefully repackage the item(s) in the original packaging with all protective materials
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
- Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package
Shipping Options:
- Standard Return: Use DHL or FedEx (recommended for faster processing)
- Economy Return: Use any tracked shipping service
We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance as Garden Store is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Step 4: Refund or Exchange Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days after delivery to our warehouse):
For Returns:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Credit card/PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days to appear on your statement (processing times vary by financial institution)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
For Exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item via standard shipping (free of charge)
- You’ll receive tracking information via email
- Delivery timeframe: 10-15 business days for DHL/FedEx, 15-25 days for EMS (depending on destination)
Damaged or Defective Items
If your Garden Store purchase arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]
- Include photos of the damage/defect and packaging
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
International Returns
For our global customers (excluding some remote Asian regions):
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs/duties fees for returns are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
